About Lebanese League for Women in Business - LLWB
LLWB, founded in 2006, is a socio-economic, apolitical, non-religious association bringing together professional women and providing them with a platform for sharing experiences, developing competencies and skills, establishing networks and exchanging expertise, accessing funds, and mentorship.

LLWB’s mission has been driven by building partnerships and collaborations with various stakeholders in the ecosystem that share similar goals of addressing socio-economic gaps. The association operates according to four pillars which dictate the implementation of current and future activities.

Women Entrepreneurs Program - Qadirat - قادرات

Qadirat is a three-year program launched in North Lebanon and Beqaa aiming at supporting women entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas further and scale up their existing businesses.

SAWI Project: Supports & Accelerate Women's Inclusion in the Workplace

SAWI aims to work directly with a network of select local employers to develop, improve, and implement inclusive human resource (HR) policies and practices.

ISNAD Project

ISNAD Project promotes the local food system by addressing the main gaps in the targeted value chains through supporting small-scale farmers and producers.

Member’s Survey

LLWB has designed a survey that was filled by its members, non-members and partners in order to better understand the needs of its members and plan for future events.

QEWA- Qualifying and Empowering Women in Agriculture

QEWA Project is comprised of three components; capacity building program, E-commerce training, and empowering 20 MSMEs on the UN Women Empowerment Principles (WEP).

Techwood

Techwood increases the access of Lebanese and Non-Lebanese youth to technical and vocational training, and innovative skills building programs for improved professional readiness.

Girls Got IT- GGIT

Girls Got IT- GGIT Encourages young females to explore and venture into the realms of STEAM through customized programs, hands-on workshops and events.

Women on Board

LLWB launched the Women on Boards (WOB) 2025 initiative in 2016 advocating for 30% women on boards of companies and organizations by 2025.

Ardi Ardak

Ardi Ardak is a national food security initiative that aims at reviving the food security sector by focusing on small -scale holders with a special emphasis on rural women.
