Women Actors of Change and Legislative Reforms works on legislative reforms. It strengthens gender equality on several levels to bring to fruition certain reforms relating to gender equality while ensuring the effective application of existing texts and the implementation of new texts relating to gender equality. It also consolidates the place of the Tunisian Women Voters League as a local feminist association and through them the local civil society by creating a strong feminist non-governmental organization capable of defending women's rights and fighting against discrimination against women.

In terms of political participation, this project provides capacity building, dialogues and knowledge transfer for existing leaders to enable them to fully play their role. LET invests in political learning and mentoring for women in unions, civil society, municipalities, and political parties so that they can rise to high political office. LET continues to work to strengthen capacity building support for women (rural, independent, party, trade union, and municipal leaders) to increase their influence in decision making processes and to strengthen accountability to women.
